We’re back with quite an update for you guys on our progress. Our ballroom is starting to come together. This is where all the work from our interior design crew starts to come to life.
We meticulously worked with our team to create a modern and elegant ballroom that is ready to host thousands of parties! We started setting up our state-of-the-art LED lighting system, which will allow our clients to completely customize the colors for their event. This was designed with our clients in mind so that we can provide the exact atmosphere that you want.

What a special moment for us! This is one of the most exciting progress reports that we’ve brought to you. Our custom-made sign for Avanti Banquet Hall has finally been added to the front of the building.
From having our graphic designer create the logo to having it physically made to having it installed, it’s a very exciting moment for us to see our business take shape and to be able to share it with you.

We’re back with another quick update. Since the last time we posted on this blog, we have finished up much of the framework and have begun our custom ceiling.
You can see how it’s starting to take shape and look like the rendering that our architect designed. The restrooms are also starting to take shape because of course, your guests will need a little boys’ and little girls’ room!

What’s one of the most important things for any event? The food, of course! It’s not just about having a chef that can create mouth-watering dishes; it’s also about providing those chefs with a kitchen that has all the necessary tools.
In this update, we installed the commercial stovetop vent to allow for proper ventilation in our kitchen. Not only is this key for the kitchen side of things, but it also helps to ensure that our ballroom smells as fresh as possible.

One of the more important aspects to us when designing Avanti Banquet Hall was the comfort of our customers in terms of temperature. After finishing framing, we started the insulation process, as well as adding a commercial air conditioner and heating system to the venue. Keeping our guests warm or cool makes the celebrations much better for everyone!

Once the work on the foyer starts coming together, we will post construction updates of it—but for now, we wanted to provide a rendering our architect created for what the foyer will look like.
The foyer is the ideal location for pre-party hangouts where guests can mingle and enjoy special cocktails and hors d’oeuvres. It’s also a perfect retreat for guests to catch a breather in between all the celebrating and dancing.

The framing process of Avanti has just gotten started! As you can see, we decided to go with premium steel beams for our framing to ensure a strong hold for our venue. There’s going to be a lot of loud music and dancing, so we needed something that could easily withstand some great parties!
